Iran's confrontation with Washington set the day's terms. Israeli strikes on two southern Lebanese villages killed at least 11 people on Saturday, the deadliest day since the June truce with Hezbollah, and Hamas's Khalil al-Hayya met Egypt's intelligence chief in Cairo on Sunday. Moscow's mayor said about 600 drones headed for the city overnight as Russian missiles hit Kyiv and Kryvyi Rih.
