Turkey has begun restricting shipping in the Black Sea after attacks on its vessels, TASS reported citing Bloomberg, adding that there is no official confirmation yet; the damaged ship Nadezhda, attacked near Novorossiysk, was towed to Samsun with its deck, cargo holds and engine room extensively damaged. Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said Turkey had proposed a moratorium on military operations at Ukraine's request, while Kyiv promised Washington it would not strike Caspian Pipeline Consortium infrastructure or ships unlinked to Russia.
