Ukrainian drones wound 13 in Belgorod and set refinery ablaze

A large Ukrainian drone attack on Belgorod wounded at least 13 people, among them two children, acting governor Alexander Shuvayev said. A Ukrainian drone strike also started a fire at the Ilsky oil refinery, which was later put out, while Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin said nearly 2,000 drones had been detected approaching the Moscow region since 1 August.
