Around midnight into Monday, Kyiv residents received false warnings of radiation and street fighting, and Ukraine's air force said its air-raid alert app had been hacked and that there is no radiation threat. TASS separately reports a cyberattack on the Russian emergencies ministry's mobile app, as relayed by Reuters.
