Kosovo's parliament began reviewing in principle an amendment to the law on the Specialist Chambers on Monday, while protesters gathered at its doors chanting "Vote the law". According to Koha, the LDK did not take part in the vote on skipping the regular procedure, and the PDK left the hall after a motion to vote on the law was not put to a vote, then returned.
