The European Commission will subject ChatGPT and Roblox to its toughest obligations for online platforms, Bloomberg reported. France's high commissioner for children, Sarah El Haïry, referred Hugging Face to the Commission after the NGO AI Forensics found that seven of the nine image-editing models most prominently featured on the platform allow users to undress people with simple prompts.
