EU pays Ukraine €4.36bn as Kyiv aims to close accession clusters

The European Commission transferred €4.36bn to Ukraine from its €90bn loan package, according to TASS and Politika, to fund items such as drones, missiles and air defence equipment. Volodymyr Zelensky says Kyiv aims to close all negotiating clusters by the end of the year, while Hungary calls accession by 2030 unrealistic.
