Kpler analyst Matt Smith said two of three Russian diesel cargoes bound for the US were diverted, and the Financial Times also reported that tankers changed course. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment, while Russian envoy Dmitriev said the vessels remained on course.
