Nigerian probe finds 33 detainees died in civil-defence custody

A probe committee reports that 33 detainees, 14 of them minors, died in the custody of the NSCDC in Niger State, according to Premium Times. The committee says Commandant Siyaka Suberu personally issued a fabricated statement to conceal the deaths.
