Hamas signals readiness to close phase-two Gaza talks as Oxfam presents rebuild plan

Hamas is ready to conclude negotiations on the second phase of the Gaza peace plan and views the road map presented by the Board of Peace and the mediators positively, provided Israel agrees, a television channel reported according to TASS. Israel released 60 Palestinian detainees, and Oxfam accused Israel of genocide while presenting a Palestinian-led reconstruction blueprint worth 71.4 billion dollars.
