US Secretary of State Marco Rubio urged Cubans disappointed with their government to "seize this opportunity to create the change you desire through a discreet partnership with the CIA", according to the Jerusalem Post. Cuba's government mocked Washington's "desperation" on Friday, as the US has raised pressure on Havana since the capture of former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
