Character.ai said on Monday it had started voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. and agreed to sell some of its assets to Disney, according to Daily Sabah. Breitbart recalls allegations that the chatbot startup drove a 14-year-old boy to suicide.
