OPEC again cut its 2026 oil demand growth forecast to 0.2 million barrels per day, putting demand at 105.72 million bpd, according to its October report. TASS reports that OPEC+ output rose by 956,000 bpd in September, or 977,000 bpd for seven member countries, with Saudi Arabia posting the largest increase, while Politika puts Brent near $106 amid new Middle East risks.
