UK adds new Russia sanctions targeting finance and shadow fleet

The UK has added 26 entries to its Russia-related sanctions list and sanctioned twelve merchant vessels, including companies in Russian financial services and entities allegedly facilitating the production and trade of Russian ballistic missiles. The Russian Embassy in London says sanctions will not change Moscow's course, while the EU works on its 22nd package.
