Federal police, gendarmerie and prefecture forces broke up a protest outside Congress in Buenos Aires on Friday, injuring more than 1,500 people, among them 20 press workers, and detaining at least 28, Telesur reported. Rights groups accuse the security forces of abuses during the rally.
