Russia has begun deploying a missile unit manned by North Korean troops and plans to station it in the Voronezh region, Andrii Cherniak of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate told Reuters in a report published on Wednesday. The claim comes from Ukrainian intelligence and is not independently confirmed.
