Russia's defence ministry said on Thursday that its forces had taken Yurchenkovo in the Kharkiv region and Mogritsa and Malaya Slobodka in the Sumy region, and Defence Minister Andrei Belousov congratulated Battlegroup Center on the Mogritsa advance. The Russian-installed head of the Kharkiv regional administration told TASS that Russian units had taken 13 settlements there during July and were pushing toward Kupyansk and Borovaya, claims that are not independently confirmed.
