Russia's defence ministry said its forces hit Ukrainian army infrastructure and logistics centres over the past day and that Ukraine lost roughly 1,395 troops across all frontline areas, figures reported by TASS and not independently confirmed. Russian analyst Vitaly Kiselyov told TASS that Kyiv has lost 80% of its ports and uses the remaining civilian port infrastructure to bring in fuel and NATO-issued uniforms.
