Trump dismissed reports of depleted US munitions stocks as treasonous, writing on Truth Social on Wednesday that the country has massive amounts of munitions, and said he is happy with Defense Secretary Hegseth after reports of a dispute over stockpiles. He also said the army needs to replenish its weapons stockpiles, explaining the administration's request to Congress for $87.6 billion in additional funding, of which $21 billion is for munitions.
