The State Department has cancelled the visa of Brazil's ambassador to the United States, in what the Guardian describes as retaliation for the Lula government's refusal to approve Donald Trump's nominee as ambassador in Brasília. An official indicated the revocation does not mean the ambassador will be expelled, Al Jazeera reported.
