Dmitri Gendelman, an adviser in the Israeli prime minister's office, said implementation of the agreement with Lebanon depends on Hezbollah disarming, adding that 'Israel's security is not a bargaining chip'. Five Lebanese soldiers were wounded on Sunday when their vehicle ran over an explosive device in the southern town of Kafra; the Israeli military said the device belonged to Hezbollah and did not come from an Israeli strike.
