Chinese researchers entangled cold atoms across 420 kilometres, four times the previous record, the South China Morning Post reported on Friday. In Berlin, researchers teleported quantum signals over 30 kilometres of commercial fibre, which the FAZ calls a precondition for a quantum internet.
