Nigel Farage won the Clacton by-election with 63 percent, ahead of the novelty candidate Count Binface on 27 percent, after giving up the seat over an undeclared donation. Parliament's standards watchdog has resumed its investigation into his finances, and Farage says voters do not care about the allegations.
