Brazil's justice ministry ordered Discord to halt live broadcasts on the platform after the suicide of a teenage girl, Le Monde reported on Wednesday. Alessandro Barreto, who coordinates the ministry's cybercrime unit, denounced what he called terrible moderation failures.
