Rights groups sue Trump administration over ICC sanctions

Human Rights Watch and three other US advocacy groups sued the Trump administration on Tuesday over an executive order that sanctions judges and prosecutors of the International Criminal Court. The sanctions were imposed over the court's investigations into Israeli conduct in Palestine and bar Americans from providing services to those targeted.
